AFRDI Certified Chairs
What is AFRDI certification?
AFRDI certification is an independent expert certification available to products meeting the Furn-Tech Australasian Furnishing Research and Development Institute’s criteria for safety and sustainability.
Why does AFRDI certification matter to Back Centre and why should it matter to you?
The Australasian Furnishing Research and Development Institute is a not-for-profit organisation providing independent furniture testing and research. Their focus is to enable furniture suppliers and customers to easily identify furniture products proven to be safe and long-lasting.
At Back Centre, we are constantly researching new products for our customers. We have always been committed to providing you with the highest quality in ergonomic design available. By committing our company to the rigorous requirements to achieve AFRDI certification for these chairs, you can be confident they are also manufactured to an independent standard for durability and sustainability.
Purchasing an AFRDI certified chair can save you money and support your environmental sustainability purchasing criteria too.
