The saddle-like configuration of the Capisco is popular with dentists and physiotherapists.
The saddle-like configuration of the Capisco is popular with dentists and physiotherapists, who are physically active as part of everyday work, but is also popular in more sedentary professions such as law or accounting – for those needing ‘un-sedentary’ seating.
The Capisco is also available without a backrest, as a pure saddle stool. The “saddle” has a less pronounced ridge than some other saddle stools , many users find this more comfortable.
With the saddle seat you can vary between low and high working positions – right up to standing positions, allowing you to be more dynamic, but still in balance.
Suitable for all working surfaces with table height from 710 mm and higher. The star base in aluminium with curved/arched footplates. As with all HÅG products, the user guide is placed under the seat of the chair.
The StepUp is a wheeled footrest that attaches to the pneumatic lift of some HAG Chair models (Chair is sold separately). HÅG believes in “Foot Controlled Movement™” – the feet have an important function, even when you’re sitting down – they provide movement as you work. HÅG StepUp™ has two heights for the feet, in turn giving you an endless number of new sitting positions. With regard to support for the seated human body, few or none have taken seriously the need we have to vary the position of our feet. When relaxing in an armchair it is so comfortable to rest the feet on the table or the edge of the hearth. But if we need to lean forward to carry out some activity at the table, we draw our legs in and could almost wish for a hole in the floor to bring our feet to a lower level. We all have a strong desire to move our feet, because they are used to an active life and the movement of the feet is necessary to drive the blood back to the heart. To achieve this it is important to have as many support points for the feet as possible.
Optional Extra HAG Footrest.
