Returns & Refunds Policy

We are committed to providing quality products and excellent service. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines your rights and our obligations in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure.

A major failure includes (but is not limited to):

  • The item is unsafe.
  • The item is significantly different from its description or sample.
  • The item is substantially unfit for its normal purpose and cannot easily be fixed.
  • The item does not do what we said it would, and the issue cannot be easily rectified.

For minor failures, we will arrange a repair or replacement within a reasonable timeframe.

2. Change of Mind Returns

Under the ACL, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

However, as part of our customer service commitment, we may offer a change-of-mind return or exchange at our discretion, subject to:

  • Valid proof of purchase.
  • The item being unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Return within 14 days of purchase or delivery.
  • Exclusions may apply to custom-made, special-order, or clearance items.
  • We are unable to accept returns of pillows due to health regulations
  • We are unable to accept returns on technology products (ie mouse and keyboards) that have had the security seal broken and are not faulty.

Any change-of-mind returns may incur a restocking or collection fee.

3. Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the consumer guarantee period, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your proof of purchase.
  • Details and photos of the issue.

We will assess the fault and determine the appropriate remedy in line with the ACL (repair, replacement, refund or compensation for loss in value).

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Deliveries

If you receive the wrong item, or part of your order is missing, please notify us within 7 days and we will arrange delivery of the correct items or the missing components at no cost to you.

5. Custom, Made-to-Order & Clearance Items

These items are made specifically for you or are sold at a reduced price due to clearance. For this reason:

  • Refunds or replacements are not available for change of mind.
  • ACL rights still apply in the case of a major or minor failure.

6. Warranties Policy

Our products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, you may be required to provide:

  • Proof of purchase.
  • Photos or videos of the issue.
  • A description of the fault.

We will assess the claim and determine whether the issue is covered by the warranty or ACL.

Onsite Repairs and Service Charges

Where a repair is required, we may:

  • Provide instructions and possibly parts for simple fixes you can perform at home (if appropriate).
  • Arrange return-to-base inspection or repair.
  • For desk repairs, we will offer to send a technician onsite

Products that can be returned to the store, but the customer would prefer an on-site repair, a service charge may apply, including but not limited to call-out fees or labour charges.

What Is Not Covered

Unless otherwise stated in a manufacturer’s warranty, the following are typically not covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or improper assembly.
  • Normal wear and tear (including fabric pilling, fading, foam compression).
  • Commercial use where the product is intended for domestic use.
  • Changes in the natural characteristics of materials such as leather or wood.

9. Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
